The majority of our drivers get home every weekend but this will vary based mostly on where you live and can also be affected by the driving opportunity you choose.

At TMC we believe people should be paid based on how well they perform, rather than just how long they have been with the company. That does not mean we do not value longevity. We do and we reward that as well. Our performance percentage pay option was designed by TMC drivers. They wanted their paychecks to primarily reflect the quantity and quality of the work they did. That being said, we also recognized that some drivers are just more comfortable with the more standard mileage pay system; at least until they have a chance to compare the benefits of each pay option. Drivers have the opportunity to switch pay plans twice a year.

VA Approved On the Job Training Program (OJT)

TMC has a long history of hiring current and former military personnel into every job category we have. Eligible veterans can earn up to $1,104.75 per month paid directly to you by the Veterans Administration. These TAX FREE benefits are in addition to your TMC earnings. Eligibility is determined by the VA and depends on your years of service.
